The Role
- Lead schematic design through construction documentation for residential and light commercial projects
- Coordinate directly with clients, engineers, and contractors from concept to turnover
- Review and seal drawings in accordance with the National Building Code and PRC requirements
What You Bring
- PRC-licensed Architect, 3+ years post-licensure experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit or SketchUp
- Comfortable presenting design decisions directly to clients
The Role
- Produce and revise construction drawings under the supervision of project architects
- Prepare working plans, elevations, sections, and detail sheets
- Assist with permit documentation and plan sets for submission
What You Bring
- Graduate of BS Architecture, licensure exam takers welcome to apply
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; SketchUp or Revit a plus
- An eye for detail and patience for redlines
The Role
- Develop interior concepts, space planning, and material palettes for residential and commercial fit-outs
- Source finishes, fixtures, and custom furniture within client budgets
- Prepare interior construction drawings and coordinate with the architectural team
What You Bring
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, 2+ years relevant experience
- Strong sense of material, color, and spatial flow
- Comfortable managing supplier and contractor coordination
